On XXXX Dr. Chula , the former Minister of Transport, and myself, representing the Thai Yachting Business Association (TYBA) met to present a proposal that would allow foreign flagged vessels to Charter in Thai Waters. On XXXX, the first and second "Thai Superyacht Charter Licenses" have been handed over by XXXX. However, it took another xxx Years before the Ministry of Finance presented a workable Tax Solution.
Since XXX, any foreign flagged vessel considered a Superyacht, is able to apply for the TSCL and free to conduct charter under MYBA terms in Thailand. Let TML Consulting navigate the application process so the outcome is the one you wish.
